Advanced Warfare Zombies? Tally Marks Spotted on Xbox Controller

During Microsoft's Gamecom conference a new Xbox One bundle for Advanced Warfare was announced. Seemingly innocuous right? Except for the zombie tally marks spotted on the right hand side of the controller (see image below). Could this be a reference to the new survival mode and zombies in Advanced Warfare!?
Tally marks have always been the round counter for Treyarch's Zombies mode and they've never been included any other COD game thus far, with the exception of Cyborg Zombies in China. So could Cyborg Zombies be the new game mode for Sledgehammers COD?
Others have stated that the tally marks actually signify that this will be the 8th instalment of Call of Duty but then why would they use tally marks to signify this? Wouldn't you leave that to Treyarch for next year and create a Zombies themed console?
That said, zombies would be a very unlikely inclusion in AW and it's more likely that we'll see a futuristic survival mode, possibly with super-strength humans or cyborgs. Treyarch need to do well in 2015 to continue their side of the COD franchise so Sledgehammer would be taking a major selling point away from their game next year if they included zombies now.
Biolab Map - Cyborgs
A strong clue towards Cyborgs comes from the Biolab map which Sledgehammer recently showed gameplay for. Set in a research lab, the map contains numerous tanks with test subjects floating inside. When you see tanks like that it usually signifies experiments or test subjects.
These experiments might be a test to fuse exoskeletons on humans and create the perfect soldier? Reminiscent of Terminator, these Cyborgs are capable of self-control and it's up to you to fend them off in the new survival mode.
Lastly - Jimmy Zielinski Tweets
In recent months, Jimmy has tweeted numerous clues to a possible continuation of the zombies Easter Egg in Black Ops 2. In one of Jimmy's recent tweets he spoke about something now being up and running, possibly in reference to the second bus route:
Tranzit has always been a mysterious map because of its raw size, made even more intriguing by the fog and hidden areas such as the church and crop fields. Players have always questioned the bus route and this recent Tweet only increases speculation.
The increase in Jimmy's tweets could just be Jimmy tolling as usual but maybe, just maybe it signifies a collaboration between Treyarch and Slegehammer. Are the two teams working on a zombie mode which will span across all COD titles now? It would certainly increase the sales of Call of Duty for the foreseeable future and make for an interesting continuation of the zombies story.
